“I really like the line of Farm Genesis Hemp products and have been using them for four years now. I was introduced to the products shortly after the Farm Genesis Company started up and I was hired as a casual employee with a small group of high school students, to help prepare hemp samples. The first product I tried was the toasted hemp seed. Since then I have used a variety Farm Genesis Group hemp products including hulled hemp seed, protein powder, protein bars, hemp milk and oil. My favorite product is the hulled hemp seed and I eat it daily for breakfast mixed with oatmeal and as a snack mixed with yogurt. I also like to use the protein powder in fruit smoothies and have substituted the hemp oil for other oils when I bake muffins. One of the benefits of eating hempseed that I have found is that I feel fuller for longer periods of time. It makes me feel all around more balanced and just healthier in general.
